Marshmallow Rolls

These marshmallow rolls are a really fun Easter treat. This is because you put a marshmallow into each roll. As the roll cooks, the marshmallow melts leaving a hollow or empty roll, like the tomb that Christ was in.

Let your kids help you make these. They will be surprised when they open the rolls to find that the marshmallows disappeared.

Marshmallow Rolls

Ingredients:

1 can refrigerator biscuits
5 large marshmallows
1 Tablespoon melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.

Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl.

Cut marshmallows in half. Roll each half in melted butter and then sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Roll biscuits with a rolling pin into a 3" circle. Place half marshmallow on biscuit circles, bring opposite sides of circle over the marshmallow and pinch the dough together. Bring other two sides up over marshmallow and pinch dough together. Make sure the dough is completely sealed around the marshmallow.

Place biscuit seam side down in muffin tin and bake 10-12 minutes.

Tip: I also like to sprinkle a little of the extra sugar and cinnamon on top.
