Easy Cupcake Recipe For Any Occasion

Don't let anybody fool you into thinking that you need a special cupcake recipe. In fact, any cake recipe can become an easy recipe for cupcakes: chocolate cake, vanilla cake, carrot cake, even cheesecake. If you need a great cake recipe, try one of mine.

	Cupcakes
	Ingredients: cake batter, from a mix or your favorite recipe Tip: Every cup of flour in your cake recipe will translate into about a dozen cupcakes. Directions: Preheat oven to the temperature in the cake instructions. Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners, or spray with non-stick spray. Fill each cup 2/3 full with batter. Since the cupcakes are smaller, baking time might be reduced. The best way to know when a cupcake is done is to insert a toothpick; when it comes out clean, they are done. Tip: Check the cupcakes half way through cook time to make sure they are cooking evenly. If they are not, turn the pan around. Tip: If you don't use liners, run a butter knife around each cupcake to release it from the pan before removing them. Recipe By: Damon Jentzsch

• Frost it with your favorite frosting.
• Top it with fruit and whipped cream.
• Use a mini muffin pan (this is great for kids or parties)
• Use non traditional cakes, such as cheese cake.
• Decorate them.
• Let your kids help you make them.
• Add ingredients such as chocolate chips or nuts.
