Ingredients:
chicken drippings from pan 1 cup hot water 1-4 Tablespoons of leftover seasoned flour from fried chicken (or use the seasoned flour below) 1 can evaporated milk 2-3 Tablespoons water Seasoned Flour 4 Tablespoons flour generous sprinkle of season salt Small sprinkle of the following: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and poultry seasoning
Directions:
After you have removed the chicken, pour the hot water into the
chicken pan to loosen the drippings. Scrape the drippings into a sauce
pan and add the evaporated milk. Stir a few tablespoons of water into
the leftover seasoning mixture from the chicken, and stir until it is
smooth. Bring milk and drippings to a boil stirring constantly. Stir
the water, flour mixture into the pan and boil for a minute and then
take it of the stove.
